We are seeking a skilled and versatile handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in various areas of construction, including carpentry, drywall installation and repair, electrical work, plumbing, siding and roofing, as well as window installation and repair.

Responsibilities:

Work independently to complete assigned projects in a timely and efficient manner

Assess and troubleshoot problems to determine the most effective and efficient solution

Perform a variety of construction-related tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical and roofing work

Install, repair and maintain various types of equipment and appliances

Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in construction and maintenance work

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

Proficient in using various tools and equipment

Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
